1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the product received was defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. As we only offer Cash on Delivery as the payment method, the refund will be issued as per your initial order value. Refunds will be issued through cash or an equivalent transfer at our discretion.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
